Yandex money traffic police fines. Yandex.fines: checking traffic police fines online. Check by resolution number

Reading time: 3 minutes

Tightening of liability at the legislative level for violation of traffic rules, as well as the introduction of special devices for recording violations on the roads in automatic mode, has led to the fact that many car owners do not even realize that they have outstanding debts. Notifications of issued orders are sent by mail, but the driver’s place of residence does not always coincide with his registration. Online checking of traffic police fines through Yandex allows you to respond to imposed sanctions in a timely manner, and even repay the debt with a 50% discount.

What does the Yandex service offer?

If payment is not made on time, the amount of debt increases. In addition, arrest for up to 15 days, forced community service, and a ban on traveling abroad are possible. To avoid consequences of this kind, it is better to find out about existing debts in a timely manner.

Yandex.Fines is a special service that allows you to perform the following actions:

  • search for issued sanctions;
  • payment of existing debts.

The service operates in two versions:

  • browser-based;
  • mobile

Both versions have identical access to the police database. This allows you to receive information about sanctions interactively. There are other tracking methods, which can be found in detail in the article “”.

In addition, the attorney service of our partners will not only be able to indicate your unpaid traffic fines, but will also provide you with information about the presence of debt on loans, alimony, housing and communal services, etc., and will also assess the likelihood of a ban on flying abroad.

Verification algorithm

You can check traffic police fines online through the official Yandex website very quickly and easily if you follow certain instructions. The specific algorithm of actions depends on the chosen method.

Tracking Options

There are two options for how you can track traffic police sanctions through Yandex. These include the following methods:

  • by vehicle number;
  • on a driver's license.

How to check for sanctions by number

To carry out an operation using the registration certificate number, you must perform the following actions:

  1. Log in to the site
  2. Go to the “Products and Services” section.
  3. Open the “Fines” service.
  4. Enter the vehicle registration certificate number in the appropriate field.
  5. Click the “Check” button.
  6. If information about the debt is in the database of the Yandex.Fines service by car number, then a notification about this will be displayed on the screen along with an offer to proceed to payment. If there are no debts, the system will issue a corresponding notification.

    Other verification options

Another available method is online verification through the Yandex.Finees for rights service. The algorithm of actions is identical to the previous method, only instead of the vehicle certificate number, the driver's license number is entered in the appropriate field.

You can find out in detail about how to pay off existing debt using the service in the article “”.

Many car owners are interested in online verification by last name. At the moment, this option is not available in all available verification resources, including the Yandex.Fines service. This is due to the following reasons:

  • violation of the right of confidentiality due to the availability of each person’s full name to third parties;
  • there is a high probability of finding information not about yourself, but about a namesake with identical initials.

Searching for fines by photo is also considered ineffective, since it is difficult to identify a person in this way.

Online checking of fines by resolution number is also not implemented. In this way, you can only pay the debt if the decree has already been issued, is in hand, and information about this has not yet entered the database.

Thus, the service from Yandex allows you to receive timely notifications about new debts, and also significantly saves drivers time and eliminates worries about the likelihood of losing a payment.

Payment of traffic police fines through Yandex.Money: Video

On the service you will find

  • official fines according to the traffic police (website gibdd.ru)
  • MADI and Moscow parking (website avtokod.mos.ru)
  • Kazan parking lot

Information is provided from the state payment system GIS GMP. If you find a fine on our service, it means it has not been paid according to the GIS GMP data.

To check traffic police fines from cameras, you need to enter the vehicle registration certificate (VRC) number in the form at the top of the page. The search results will include:

  • unpaid traffic police fines in all regions of Russia
  • for violating the rules of stopping and parking in Moscow
  • for violating paid parking rules in Moscow
  • for violating paid parking rules in Kazan

Traffic police fines on a driver’s license are usually issued by a traffic police inspector in the personal presence of the driver and remain in the driver’s hands. Such resolutions can be paid according to the resolution number (UIN).

According to the law, information about new fines is sent to the state payment system GIS GMP immediately (Part 4 of Article 21.3 of the Federal Law of July 27, 2010 N 210-FZ). In practice, fines are entered into the database within 1-3 days from the date of the decision.

  1. If you are sure there is a penalty
  2. More than two weeks have passed since the date of the decision
  3. No one paid the fine
  4. However, it is not displayed online.

This means that the resolution was not included in the GIS GMP (state payment system) database. In this case, you need to contact the traffic police or MADI, or the State Public Institution "AMPP" (depending on who imposed the fine).

The service allows you to pay fines online using any popular method.

You can pay fines with a bank card when searching for fines by car registration certificate number. On the page with the search results, you need to indicate the payer’s name and phone number to fill out the receipt, and click the “Pay” button.

It is possible to pay fines through Sberbank Online, as well as through Yandex.Money, QIWI and other means of electronic payment when searching for a fine by resolution number (UIN). For this:

  • search for a fine by UIN
  • indicate the payer's contact information
  • click "Pay"
  • select payment method: Sberbank Online, Yandex.Money, QIWI or another
  • follow the instructions to complete the payment.

Please provide your email address when paying. The receipt will be sent by email automatically.

Repayment of a fine (display of payment) in the state payment system GIS GMP usually occurs within 1-3 business days. After another 1-2 days, the fine should be paid off in the traffic police database. If 5 days have passed and the fine remains unpaid, contact the bank or service that accepted the payment.

The traffic police checks the status of payment of fines in the state payment system GIS GMP. After this, it updates its database and the official website gibdd.ru. This happens within 1-5 business days after payment of the fine. If this period has expired and the fine has not been paid, contact the bank or service that accepted the payment.

Attention! Our service does not automatically debit money from bank cards. We do not store bank card data and do not make automatic payments for fines.

Fines can be paid in any way:

  • via street terminal
  • Sberbank Online
  • through the cash desk of any bank

When you pay through the traffic police service online, you are guaranteed to pay off your debt. We track paid fines in the state payment system GIS GMP and seek repayment of each decision.

A function that checks for traffic police fines through Yandex.Money allows vehicle owners to find out about their debts to the state (see). In addition, using the same payment system, which includes payment for goods and services, money transfers and currency exchanges, these same penalties are paid off within just a few minutes. Thanks to this, it is much easier to pay fines on time, which leads not only to the absence of penalties, but even to a reduction in their size.

Account in the Yandex.Money system

The service allows you to check Yandex.Money traffic police fines quickly and free of charge. Using the services of the service, you will always receive up-to-date information about the debt by simply entering the number of your driver’s license and car registration certificate. Not only the driver himself, but also any close person who has been provided with the relevant information can find out the amount of the fine and pay the debt. Therefore, the owner of a driver’s license does not need to have an account in the Yandex.Money system - the account can be issued, for example, to his relative.

Actions when paying a fine:

When paying off a fine using the YaD service, you can choose several options for transferring funds - withdrawing them from an electronic wallet or a card linked to it. If the account owner has a separate payment card, money can be withdrawn from that card as well.

The second option for solving problems with debts to the traffic police using the same service is to go to the fines page directly from the search query page. The principle of search and repayment is the same, payment options are the same. Here, as well as on the account fines tab, you can set up automatic receipt of messages about new fines to your email and phone number.

Information about paid fines almost immediately enters the traffic police database - both the unified and regional ones. However, some drivers still have questions about what to do when they pay a fine through Yandex.Money, how to confirm the payment and receive information about the payment made. You can verify that the debt has been repaid in the payment history section, which opens immediately after logging into your account (see). To confirm payment, the service provides the opportunity to print a receipt from this section or contact the service support service, which can send a scanned copy of the document.

The Wikimoney website recommends taking the Lazy Investor Course, where you will learn how to get out of your financial ass and learn how to earn passive income. No enticements, only high-quality information from a practicing investor (from real estate to cryptocurrency).

Yandex.Fines application

Another option for paying traffic police fines through Yandex.Money is to use a mobile application, downloaded for free from the appropriate store (App Store for iOS, Play Market for Android). To check here, you also need to indicate the number of one of the documents (license or vehicle registration certificate), and, if a list of debts appears on the screen, make payment online.

Using the mobile service, paying off debts is even easier than when logging into your account through a browser. The average transfer time usually does not exceed several hours. And the maximum period for paying traffic police fines through Yandex.Money, according to payers’ reviews, does not exceed 24 hours.

Advantages of fast payment of fines

The main advantage of using such services is the ability to pay a fine without visiting bank tellers and terminals and with a minimum commission - only 1% (see). Without leaving your apartment, you can go to Yandex.Money, find and pay traffic police fines without spending additional money on commissions. And if payment is made within 20 days after receiving the receipt, the driver can also receive a 50% discount. Thus, prompt and timely payment saves you half the amount of the fine. Although an even more profitable way to save your budget is to comply with traffic rules, as a result of which no fines will require payment.

Often cameras automatically record a violation, and the resolution is lost in the mail or arrives at the place of registration where you do not actually live. Another situation is also possible: an inspector stops you and draws up a report, and you conveniently forget about it. Or you pay a fine, but due to the bank’s fault this information does not reach the traffic police, and you continue to be on the list of debtors. Or they simply decided that it was not necessary to pay the fines and that everything would somehow resolve itself.

Be that as it may, this may cause you trouble in the future:

  1. You will not be able to go abroad. Before you do, be sure to check to see if you have any fines. If the amount of debt is equal to or exceeds 10,000 rubles, there is a high probability that you will not be allowed to leave Russia.
  2. You will be punished for evading payment of a fine. If an inspector stops you again and finds that the previous fine has not been paid, you may be given an additional penalty. Usually this is a double fine. But administrative arrest for 15 days or compulsory labor is also possible. True, this rarely happens.

How to check traffic police fines online

In the search results you can find many sites offering to check fines. But it is better to use official sources or resources that indicate which databases they work with.

1. On the official website of the traffic police

On the traffic police website in the “Services” section there is a form for checking fines. To obtain information, you must enter the car number and vehicle registration certificate number.

If you paid a fine, and information about it is displayed, it means there is a problem on the bank’s side. In this case, you need to send a payment receipt to the traffic police.

Upload a scanned receipt (a photo will do) and leave your email for feedback. When traffic police officers check this information, they will make changes on the website and send a notification to you by email.

2. On the public services portal

You can learn about fines in the “Transport and Driving” category. Log in to the government services portal and go to the “Traffic Police Fines” section. There are two ways to check for debts:

  1. By the driver's last name and driver's license number.
  2. By car number and vehicle registration certificate.

After submitting an electronic application, the system will issue a list of fines that are assigned to you or your car.

If you already have a fine receipt in your hands, you can enter its number and pay everything immediately.

3. Through Yandex.Money

The service allows you to find out information about fines by license number or vehicle registration certificate and pay the debt.

Just fill out the form fields and click on the “Check” button. If you check the box “Receive notifications about fines”, in the future this information will be automatically sent to you by email or SMS.

Afterwards you will receive a message about the presence or absence of fines. You can pay your debt here. But keep in mind that the service takes a small commission: 1% of the amount, but not less than 30 rubles.

Yandex also has a special application for searching and paying traffic police fines - Yandex.Fines. In the application you can find out the validity period of the 50% discount or set up notifications about new fines.

’ you can pay traffic fines online in a couple of minutes - and get behind the wheel with a clear conscience.
