After my unsuccessful experience at the ZARЯDKA fitness club, about which I also wrote a review on the yell portal, I finally decided to trust the No. 1 network of fitness clubs. My choice to purchase the card fell on the fitness club on Kurskaya in the Citydel shopping center not far from the Atrium, of course, it was not accidental, I work relatively close to the location of this World Class and it seemed to me that with Paveletskaya by car for 5 maximum 10 min. It will be convenient for me to get there after work and back in the evening without traffic jams. As it turned out later, this was my deep misconception; after work during rush hour, it takes 10 or even 20 minutes to get to the fitness club. unrealistic...sometimes you stand in a traffic jam for 1.5 hours Oh! horror! - after this, all the enthusiasm for working out simply disappears when you arrive at the fitness center. Next, you will encounter another problem - parking! Purchasing a card to this fitness club does not solve this problem; there is simply no free parking for card holders. There is only an underground parking of the Citydel business center for a lot of money! Then we go inside, there is a bench underneath and next to a basket with shoe covers, put them on and go further, on the left there will be a dressing room, on the right there is a sportswear store “Podium”, after a couple of steps straight ahead towards the reception, and on the left there is a bar where you can drink freshly squeezed juice, from the bar you can enjoy a panoramic glass view of the pool. Everywhere is very clean, nothing to complain about. At the reception we were warmly greeted by World Classa managers. My friend and I bought a card for six months and were given another 3 months free of charge as a gift. The standard package of the card holder includes: an unlimited number of visiting hours, fitness testing, personal instruction with a trainer, one free procedure at the SPA center on the recommendation of a doctor, attendance at all group programs. Having filled out the cards, we signed up for fitness testing, where the doctor made the necessary recommendations on exercise and nutrition. Afterwards, a trainer came for each of us and we began training in the gym. The gym is quite spacious, there are many treadmills that stand opposite the panoramic window onto the street, while you run, you can watch passers-by...and they, in turn, follow you or the heavy traffic of cars in a traffic jam. Zones in the hall are divided into cardio, strength and group program rooms. After the end of the training, the trainer also gave his recommendations and left his card in case I wanted to take a block of training from this trainer. I liked coach Oleg for his communication style, unobtrusiveness and practical advice. But my friend was less fortunate...at the end of the training, her coach obsessively recommended that she train with him. She said that she would think about it, and if the decision was positive, she would contact him. However, what was our surprise when, a couple of days later, they called from the Fitness Club and reported that she had a debt to the fitness trainer in the amount of 2,500 rubles for a missed workout, which she had not scheduled for herself. Of course, the situation was resolved in favor of the client, this debt was removed from her, but her nerves were shaken, she had to talk with the Manager; this very moment became key in the reputation of this branch of the club. Of course, after such an attitude, she lost the desire to work out with a fitness trainer. As for the locker rooms, they have two tiers, on the ground floor and on the floor below, where you can immediately get to the pool and sauna complex. Everywhere is very clean, the saunas are separate, there is a turbo solarium in the lower locker room, although if you decide to sunbathe, you need to buy tokens in advance so that later, wearing only a towel, you don’t have to go to the reception. The lockers are spacious enough, but the locker rooms are a bit stuffy. There are both open and closed shower stalls, again, very clean tiles, almost like new. But if we talk specifically about this branch of the World Classa network, then my opinion is that there is a better one, where there will be a separate area for parking personal cars and with a better air conditioning system.
