1. Name, characteristics and scope of work performed, requirements established by the customer for quality, technical characteristics of services, their safety, and functional characteristics (consumer properties):

Car repairs are carried out at the Contractor’s location, on its site. Delivery of vehicles to the repair site and back is carried out by the Customer’s forces and means. The Contractor bears all costs and assumes all risks from the moment the vehicles are accepted for repairs until the vehicles are picked up from repair by the Customer. The day of completion of the provision of repair services is the day the Customer and the Contractor sign the act of services rendered. Other conditions are stipulated by the Parties in the relevant paragraphs of the civil contract.
The work must be carried out in accordance with the requirements of the repair manual and regulatory documentation of the vehicle manufacturer.
2. Place of provision of services: Samara, at the location of the service center.
3. Terms of service provision: from the date of conclusion of the Agreement within 5 (five) working days.

At the Customer's request, the Contractor is obliged to provide certificates of conformity for original spare parts used in the process of maintenance and repair of the Customer's vehicles.
Procedure for pricing: vehicle maintenance work is carried out using equipment, spare parts, parts, assemblies and units, lubricants (hereinafter referred to as materials) of the Contractor, the cost of which is included in the total cost of the work. The price for materials used during the work is agreed upon by the Customer in the work order in each specific case, and should not exceed the price of regional dealers of manufacturing plants. The period for performing vehicle maintenance work cannot exceed 1 day from the date of transfer of the vehicle to the Contractor. The term for placing a work order from the moment the Customer provides the vehicle to the Contractor’s service center is no more than 15 minutes.
The need to use spare parts for maintenance is determined by the Customer (original) when filling out an application for work. In this case, a defective statement is drawn up indicating the parts to be replaced and a work order for the work, issued in accordance with the cost of the standard hour, a proposal on the cost of a standard hour when performing work must be submitted as part of the applications, along withprice application form for participation in the tender.

10. Requirements for the composition of the participant’s technical proposal
In the technical proposal, the participant must confirm:
Availability of repair stations equipped with lifting and transport devices (with a lifting capacity of up to 25 tons) and other technological equipment for carrying out maintenance and repair work on special vehicles, in accordance with the technological maps of the manufacturer.
Availability of stands for disassembling and reassembling engines, stands for testing electrical equipment, as well as diagnostic systems for a complete check of the technical condition of trucks.
Availability of a specialized area for repair of fuel equipment.
Availability of a truck washing area with a maximum height of 4.5 m, as well as their components and assemblies.
Availability of heated premises adapted for the repair of trucks, allowing accommodation of at least 3 vehicles
Availability of a tire fitting area that allows mounting and balancing truck wheels with a radius of up to 24 inches.
Availability of a stand or devices for checking and adjusting wheel alignment of trucks and cars with a total weight of up to 30 tons.

Terms and conditions for the provision of services: Maintenance and repair of vehicles is carried out as needed at the Customer's request. The Contractor is obliged to accept the Customer's cars on an extraordinary basis. The Contractor is obliged to begin work on the day the Customer applies. The work is carried out within three working days from the date of submission of the application by the Customer. 2. Maintenance and repair of vehicles must be carried out in accordance with current time standards and the established technology of the manufacturer.
3. The Contractor is obliged to ensure that the car is accepted without an appointment, on the day of application.
4. The delivery time for spare parts to order is no more than 14 working days from the date of receipt of the Customer’s application.
5. Elimination of defects in the work is carried out by the contractor free of charge within 3 days from the date of discovery of the defect by the customer. In the event of unscheduled work on urgent repairs of company vehicles that are out of order for technical and other reasons, the contractor is obliged to provide conditions for repairing the vehicle within 2 days.
6. The Contractor bears full financial responsibility for the safety of the Customer’s car during the entire time the car is with the Contractor.
Mechanism and terms of warranty service
Requirements for the provision of guarantees, terms for providing a guarantee of quality of work:
For original spare parts – at least six months or at least 10,000 km, whichever comes first;
For the engine - at least two months or at least 12,000 km, whichever comes first;
Checkpoints, RK, bridges for cars - at least two months or at least 10,000 km, whichever comes first;
For spare parts - at least 14 days, or a mileage of 1000 km, whichever comes first;
For work, services:
Maintenance and repair - at least one month or at least 3000 km;

Electrical work - at least six months;
